Mirissa - Whale Watching.
Whilst in Mirissa we were surprised to learn that it was possible to see blue whales off the coast so......we had to see for ourselves.
The rough boat trip two hours off the coast of sri lanka did allow us the amazing opportunity to see the HUGE Blue whales that cruise past this region.
On the return trip the Captain decided to use the opportunity to catch something to take home - amazing single line fishing by hand!
